A follow-up based system assures individual attention, allows for all questions to be asked, and allows the system to be "tailor-made" to the individual woman or couple.

learn how to track your fertility cycle

Natural. Informative. Faithful.

how do i know creighton is for me?

FertilityCare Practitioners train women and couples in the Creighton method of natural family planning. The Creighton method is supported by a large body of data, gathered over 40 years, that shows its effectiveness.

The Creighton method is made for any and every woman. It's for couples trying to avoid pregnancy or achieve pregnancy. It's for women with long cycles, short cycles, sporadic cycles, or consistent cycles. It's for single women who want to pinpoint and address cycle issues. It's for couples with or without children - even breastfeeding mothers! Creighton is for any woman or couple who desires to know more about their fertility.

but, how does it track my cycle?

Creighton users take note of their cervical mucus. Don't know anything about cervical mucus? You're not alone! Despite the fact that every woman experiences it, it is rarely taught or explained. You'll begin to notice that this biological marker you've had since puberty actually tells a story about what's going on inside. Each user tracks these signs at the end of the day and begins to pinpoint their specific pattern of fertility. That's it - you've just learned the basics!
